Almighty God and Father, under your divine inspiration we are blessed to have St. Patrick as the Patron of our Parish.  Filled with zeal for Your Word and Your Church, he brought the Catholic Faith to the people of Ireland, returning to the land where once he had been enslaved.  By his preaching and celebrating the sacred mysteries, he shared the gift of Your divine grace with a people hungry for your love, thereby freeing his former captors from slavery to a pagan god.

     As the People of God in his parish, we ask St. Patrick to intercede for us as we strive to imitate him.  Make us willing to sacrifice our time, energy and love so that many will respond to Your call to serve You and others. Strengthen all in our parish with vibrant Faith, unwavering Hope, and sacrificial Love so that Your Presence within us may be visible to all.  Together with our Patron and all who are Faithful, may we come to share eternal life with You our Father, Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ, and your Holy Spirit who lives and reigns with You forever and ever.
